At Christian Counseling Associates, we use biblical counseling to minister to our clients in a faith-based, Spirit led process (Christian Counseling Associates, 2024). Using best practices, rooted in a Christian worldview backed up by Scripture, we seek to treat our client’s mental health needs in a holistic manner (Christian Counseling Associates, 2024). We adhere to the American Association of Christian Counselors’ core values and ethics and remain active in our local churches and faith communities (Christian Counseling Associates, 2024). The missions, goals, objectives and values of Christian Counseling Associates align with those of Grand Canyon University. Both organizations believe in the authority of the Word of God and
that redemption, restoration and healing are found in Jesus Christ (Christian Counseling Associates, 2024; Grand Canyon University, n.d.). Additionally, both organizations place special
emphasis on the spiritual needs of those we serve and do so from a Spirit led perspective
