To create new enthusiasm for the two-nurse vaccine administration quality improvement among nurses, it's crucial to highlight the direct impact their adherence to the protocol has on patient care. By sharing stories or testimonials from patients who have benefited from the enhanced safety measures, nurses can better appreciate the significance of their role in preventing medication errors and ensuring patient well-being.
