Define and Describe
To touch something is to come into contact with something, to rube a trace of yourself to something. Touch in a relationship can be the physical touch which refers to giving and receiving
affection through touch, physical closeness, and other forms of physical connection. Kissing, hugging, holding hands, and sexual relations are all forms of showing love through the physical touch of love language. Having touch as a love language means that small physical gestures such
as having a person put their arm around you in a public place or snuggle up close to you on the couch while watching a movie together are some ways of touch in the dating part of a relationship. When in the dating stages of relationships, sexual relations should not be the main form of touch. First, the greater the number of sexual partners you have while dating, the fewer your chances of staying faithful when married. Van Epp, J. (2007). having multiple sexual partners when dating discourages people from getting married and staying with one partner when they have had multiple sexual partners in their dating phase. Gospel
Touch from the Holy Ghost or Heavenly Father can Comfort, guide or warn you about things. We can be touched by the Holy Ghost, it will not be in a physical way but in a way where
you get this overwhelming feeling in your body. Being baptized can generate this dimension, when we are baptized, we take upon the Holy Ghost and allow that spirit to touch us to help guide us in our needs. Having a priesthood in your home or being in the presence of a priesthood holder can apply the touch dimension when they lay their hands on your head when giving a blessing.

Priesthood is a calling from our Father in Heaven and one of the greatest blessings that come from it is the laying of hands on someone. The Savior's touch can raise the living from the dead. The Savior touched with faith and love the hearts of you and me. So we in turn could touch the lives of others. Then the Lord put forth his hand and touched my mouth. I can apply the touch dimension to my life and my marriage by being present for my husband and my children. being there for my children when they need me the most is very important, being a comforter to them when they are not feeling their best. showing my love and appreciation to them when they feel proud of something. Applying touch to my marriage doesn't always have to be sexual, I can be present, and be
in the moment showing my love and appreciation to my husband. greeting each other with a hug or kiss, holding hands when out, and sitting next to each other when out on a date.

As I come to end on of my marriage prep plan, I can honestly say that it truly helped me grow spiritually in my marriage, I am an able to listen to those prompting from Heavenly Father, when I need to step up and act as a leader in our family. My husband sees the change in me, he said that he can see the Lord working through me, I am more vocal when we have family home evens. I am asking him to say prayers at night together.
