4 PART 4 Delicia Foster – MATH 101 Report
5 This assignment has taught me how to effectively use excel in a professional way I learned how to create graphics, insert data, and make cool designs. I also learned how to make a cover letter and how to use page break. My major is medical administrative assistant, In a hospital setting, a medical administrative assistant use excel to create a table or graph to track the number of patients admitted to the hospital each day. The table shows the number of patients admitted, the reason for admission, and the length of stay. By analyzing this information, the hospital administration could identify trends and make adjustments to staffing levels, bed availability, and other resources to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Creating graphics to insert data can be an incredibly valuable tool in the workplace. From presenting information to clients or stakeholders to improving training and education materials, the ability to effectively convey data through visually appealing graphics can provide a competitive edge in any industry. Using graphs to analyze a graph to monitor patient wait times in the emergency department. By tracking the average wait time for patients, the hospital administration could identify areas for improvement and make changes to reduce wait times and increase patient satisfaction. This information could be presented in a graph that shows the wait time for each patient and allows for an easy comparison of wait times between different periods . Delicia Foster – MATH 101 Report
