I think that the key processes for health care organizations is to Focus on the patient. They focus on their patients and how they need to be evaluated and treated. They focus on
operating efficiently to fully satisfy the patient and meet the needs of the location they are serving. 2.
Four of the causes in variation of care:
Insufficient training of employees
Lack of operating policies and procedures
Outdated Technology/Software
Poor working environment and lack of organization.

Some of the special causes that might be more important than others would be outdated technology and insufficient trained employees which could lead to serious mistakes that could negatively affect the patient.
4.
The heath care organizations’ business environment may change over time. As illnesses become more common we must adapt to treat them as well as new illnesses we were not expecting. We also need to stay up to date on technology and the steady changes in order to efficiently process patient data and healthcare systems.
