A1. A problem that could arise while using technology in the classroom could be that not all students will
have access to the technology at home. Even though equitable means that all students have access to technology, while at school, regardless of their ethnicity, age, or physical ability. If they don’t have the access at home, then they will be deprived of learning experiences from technology. It’s very important for the teacher to know how to use and understand technology as well because they will be the ones teaching the students. A2. Each student needs to be provided with their own personal device (Chromebook) to use at home during the school year. This can ensure that all the students have equal access to technology. Teachers can create tests, assignments, and quizzes in Google Chrome. The teachers can see when their students complete the assignments and what their grade is when they finish.
C3. Google Chromebooks assist students in becoming independent learners by providing feedback as soon as the assignments are finished. When the students complete any assignment, whether it be a quiz,
test, or assignment, they can see their grades immediately. By them seeing their grade immediately, then
they will be able to identify their weaknesses and where the need to improve at. They will be encouraged to take control of their own responsibility in learning. They can come up with ways to help them achieve and make better grades.
