Week two of collecting data Week three data analysis Conclusions and findings are written during the fourth week Personal Reflection My completion of this project has allowed me to gain a clearer understanding of how digital marketing is crucial to modern business success. Throughout this course, I gained skills in critical analysis and providing recommendations for improving marketing strategies. During the data analysis stage of the project, I encountered many challenges, but I believe I have gained a great deal of knowledge that I can apply to my future projects. It has become a necessary part of modern society to have a project management process in place as part of the work flow of a team. Through a set of methodologies and practices, a team of project managers is guided through the process of completing projects in accordance with guidelines and practices. In this essay, I will discuss how my college experience is connected to my life experience. In this list, I have also included my knowledge areas in project management. Organizing tasks in a manner that minimizes risks and obstacles is generally understood as a component of project management. It is therefore the preferred method for project managers and team members. For a successful project at the end, the project manager needs to plan effectively for project resources before the project begins. The resource management module has helped me gain a deeper understanding of how effective and efficient projects are managed. Keeping costs down by avoiding unnecessary delays is essential when planning your project resources. In order to estimate activity resources more accurately, I need to have a better understanding of how resource planning works. Moreover, I learned how to gather, manage, and leverage potential resources and manage their contributions. It has strengthened my ability to manage projects as a result of my knowledge of project resource management. 2
