Personality Motto: Internal Factors 1. How do you feel about these results? Did you change or re do the results after the first attempts? Why or why not? My initial experience with Type Focus, the results gave me a very realistic picture of my personality that fit in well with how I saw myself and my experiences in the actual world. I choose not to change the results after the first attempt because I believe the initial results are genuine because they highlighted aspects that I have recognized in my own behaviour and preferences, and they reflect my present level of growth and self awareness. As a part of continuous self- improvement and self- discovery, I am looking forward to reviewing this assessment in the future as well. 2. Give a summary of what these results mean to you. My Type focus assessment findings were a clear and accurate representation of my personality traits and potential career interests, and they have a great deal of significance for how I see myself. The alignment with my personality traits and preferences, gives me a sense of validation, affirming aspects that I have observed in my behaviour. These insights are a great resource for both professional and personal growth; I feel that they are more just an evaluation it shows a bigger picture of yourself in a mirror of what you are capable of. In the future, circumstances might change, but for now I feel it serves as a kind of roadmap for my development and better understanding. 3. Share two examples story of when you applied these skills or personal strengths in a workplace or academic setting? Firstly, when I worked for a private company back in India, my days were hectic and full of the tasks that I had complete by the end of the evening. My time management skills really helped me to organize my work efficiently. I completed everything on time and 2
even helped a coworker who was facing some errors. These experiences taught me that me that I can handle everything, no matter what challenges I face. I could get things done with patience and problem-solving and time management skills are super handy. Secondly, when I was in college, we had to give a group presentation, and my colleagues were worried about what topic to choose, how to analyse and interpret all these information. At that time, I came up with a creative idea, and they were impressed. It felt great to help the team move forward. 4. Did you find something surprising about yourself or future career goals? Does your motto sound like you? Why or why not? Yes, I find that my personality has shown in ways I hadn’t fully realized and using type focus emphasis to explore my personality which has been extremely helpful. Unexpectedly, I discovered strength, preferences, and potential areas for growth. My motto, ‘belongs to Realistic Thinker’, is sounds like me I think it is not just a saying; it guides me establishing objectives that are personally satisfying and makes sense to me. I really believe in being practical and realistic in life. 5. Did you learn about possible new careers you had not thought of? Explain. While discovering and exploring job career assessment, I came across many choices that I had not given much thought to before. My own self-discovering and job research process led me to consider roles like Civil Engineer, Robotics Engineer, Auditor, Chartered Accountant, and so on that I had never considered before. It was enlightening to learn that there are careers that suits my interests and skills but that I had never thought of, in addition to expanding my viewpoint on the options available. 6. How do you think your personality type will affect you in your workplace? Working in teams? Having strict deadlines? Working overtime? Holding an authoritative role? Other? Explain. My personality type has a variety of impact in the business. My ability to work well with others and communicate effectively will probably strengthen bonds and promote productive teamwork in groups. When I faced strict deadlines, I ensure that I complete my tasks carefully and complete them on time, even under pressure. However, working overtime might be challenging for me because it may affect my work-life balance, while dedication towards work is my strength but working for long hours can be bad for my health. In an authoritative role, I want my leadership skills to be a top skill. I aim to lead and motivate a group of people, creating a cooperative and goal- oriented work atmosphere. Cultural Shifts: Shifting cultural values and preferences may have an impact on consumer behaviour, which in turn may have an impact on demand for goods and services. To manage this, I must be aware of how consumer habits and culture are changing. By knowing this, I can focus, or skill set accordingly. I think to succeed in a cultural varied workplace, embrace the multiculturalism, diversity and meet new people. Market Competition: In todays dynamic business, fierce competition may have an impact on job availability, salary negotiation, and career advancement opportunities. To overcome this, I must work on myself and by getting advanced degree, specialized skills, and certifications. I must showcase myself by providing unique skills and achievements or through strong networking. Economic conditions: Fluctuations in economy may have an impact on job availability, salary, and overall industry stability. To manage this, I can develop flexible skill set that I will also put a lot of effort into developing a strong network within my business so that I can be updated on changes in the market and future employment openings. To safeguard financial uncertainties, I will keep an emergency fund that is properly managed to protect myself from unforeseen expenses and to provide a safety net in case of hard economic circumstances. Political Instabilities: Political instability can cause uncertainty in industrial sectors, which may have an impact on job markets and general corporate operations. It can be seen by sudden change in government policy or increased geopolitical tensions. To manage this, I acknowledge that political dynamics have significance impact on my profession, so I determine to keep up with political changes by regularly reading news articles and social media. I want to minimize how political uncertainty affects my career and take advantage of opportunities when things are unpredictable by keeping knowledge and stay connected. Health Crisis: Health crisis such as pandemics have the potential to disrupt the industries, job markets and work environment. To manage this type of situation, I can be productive in a variety of work environment by staying up to date on telecommuting and virtual collaboration. This protects me from potential disruptions brought on by health issues. Secret to success for your personality type 1. What personality type are you again? What personality type did you list for your team member? What did you learn about increasing your teamwork skills when working with another person who is a different personality type than you? Do you agree with this? Why or why not? My personality is ISTJ (Introversion, Sensing, Thinking, Judging). My team member personality is EIFJ (Extraversion, Intuition, Feelings, Judging). I guess it will be challenging at first but eventually it will become strength. Accepting our differences helped us become better team players by highlighting the importance of adaptability and clear communication. 4
2. What did you learn about lifelong learning for you? Explain. Do you agree with this? Why or why not? For me, lifelong learning is an important it is an ongoing process of both professional and personal growth. It includes actively pursuing experiences, information, and abilities throughout the life. I have discovered that adjusting to a world that is changing quickly requires curiosity to new ideas. Adopting a lifelong learning mindset has enabled me to gain new insights, enhances my current abilities and explore areas outside of my comfort zone. 3. What did you learn about how you can reduce conflict? Explain. Do you agree with this? Why or why not? I have discovered that most important factors in lowering conflict are good communication and active listening. The possibility of conflict decreases when people take the time to understand one another’s viewpoints, freely express their own opinions, and have respectful conversation. In addition, disputes can be avoided from getting worse by being resolved quickly and peacefully as opposed to being allowed to escalate. 5

1. Which two occupations did you select as your top two choices? Why these? Firstly, I chose Human Resource Manager because I want to improve my interpersonal skills and communication skills as well as I have interest in this position. I can use these skills to interact with staff members, resolve conflicts, and improve the wellbeing of the workforce. I also have organizational skills which are essential for handling a range of HR tasks like recruiting, training, and employee relations. In my opinion as a Human Resource Manager, it would allow me the chance to positively influence workplace culture and employee satisfaction. Secondly, I chose Logistic Analyst because I have keen interest in how supply chain works. In the logistic field it needs to be able to analyze and enhance supply chain process, so these abilities are very crucial. Another assessment is a great help in making sure that products and services are delivered effectively and seamlessly. I am also excited to contribute to company’s operational efficiency and reduction of cost as a Logistic Analyst. 2. Which of the two occupations fits your personality, interest, values, and skills best, and how do you feel about pursuing that occupation. So, after thoroughly reviewing TypeFocus results and the range of occupations it suggests, I find that my personality traits, interest, values, and skills align closely with the science background like in the field of Aerospace engineer, Food Science Technician, Civil Engineer, Robotics Technicians and so on. Even while I recognize the significance of these roles, my interests and abilities are not aligned with them. My education was not particularly in science background, and I have never been very good with numbers. In my opinion, Human Resource Manger and Logistic Analyst is the best option for me. 3. Which career cluster is this occupation in? The occupation I am interested in is the “Business, Management, and Administration” career cluster. This cluster includes a variety of positions involving organizational administration, creative communication, and strategic planning. I believe that pursuing in this career, in this cluster would be a great fit for my interest, values, and abilities especially in creativity, communication, and strategic and realistic thinking. 4. Are there similar occupations in the career cluster that you may be interested in? If so, which ones? If not, why not? There are occupations in the career cluster that fit my interest inside the same career cluster as Auditor, Accountant, Bookkeeping, Brokerage clerks and so on. These Positions requiring a blend of analytical abilities, strategic thinking, and client engagement like financial analyst and advisor. These jobs give me the opportunity to work in a field linked to finance while utilizing my strengths. 5. How much preparation is needed (Job Zone)? HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER: 7

To be Honest, the importance of HR technology knowledge is something that surprise me a little. At first, I thought that the emphasis might be more on typical HR skills, but this data shows how constantly changing the HR industry is and how crucial it is to keep up with the latest developments in technology. On the flip side, I am not surprised related to logistic analyst because companies are emphasizing individuals who understand the complexity of international logistics, which makes sense given the interrelated nature of todays industries and the growing internationalization of supply chain. 11
