Assignment: This is an individual assignment; student collaboration is not acceptable. Identifying and documenting concise risk statements is foundational to risk management. The assignment includes a risk register template, the case background, a cost table, RBS, Heat Map and Impact Table. Assignment Checklist: ◻ READ ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ◻ Place the project recommendation from Assignment 1 into the template in the project description area. ◻ Add associated costs and effort/duration into the table provided. ◻ Complete all the fields in the risk register as instructed. ◻ Show calculation details within the risk register ◻ Check your work and validate your calculations. Instructions: 1. Review the case and supporting information and use the Risk Register template provided. Do not alter or save it as a PDF. 2. There are many ways to approach risk management. Students must use the concepts and best practices taught in MGMT8370. 3. Begin with the case information provided by your faculty and apply it to the project you recommended from Assignment 1 (Big Island Hotel). 3.1. Clearly identify the project you recommended from Assignment 1. Risk registers missing the project recommendation cannot be graded. 3.2. Add at least 3 new costs and descriptions. Use the cost table provided in the risk register template. All costs incorporated into your risk calculations must be included in this table . Identify 3 risks; 2 risk threats and 1 risk opportunity. Assignments containing more than 3 risks, only the first 3 will be graded. 3.5. Show your work, including all details of costs or duration for all calculations. 4.
