What was the best part about working on the final project? The best part of working on the final project encompassed examining ways through which the structure of an organization can affect the performance of an organization. Critical aspects involve incorporating issues such as organizational structure and leadership style. Did anything surprise me? It is not surprising but interesting to illuminate how Governance and executive leadership is critical to the success of an organization as has been demonstrated by the organization, Doctors without Borders. It strength relies on the company’s structure and accountability. It makes it possible for constant reflection including evaluation and this emanates from the institutional structures of the firm. The employees of the organization focus on carrying out their duties and daily operations based on medical responses with the focus being on the long-term mission. Proper accountability and governance makes the firm responsible for monitoring and overseeing all the operations of the organization that occur within their model of accountability. Did I face any challenge with finding information? The main challenge involved finding adequate resources for supporting research. Some of the resources available are not recent hence the information offered are not updated. Similarly, the credibility of other sources and their reliability are some of the issues worth considering before using a particular resource. What were the most helpful resources?

Journals were the most helpful resources used. They acted as the final output of the issue on discussion with the productivity and performance of the research being judged on where the publications appear and their numbers.
