Which 2 principles did you choose?
The two principals I choose were 1. Principle 5: Parent and students’ participation in decision making and 2. Free appropriate public education. 2.
Why did you choose the (2) P.L 94-142 principles?
I choose these two because it is important to have the parents interactive with the educational system you child is in to also be able to do some of the listed things like their educational placement decisions. Also, I believe that free Appropriate (key word) is also important when having students get an education.

Provide an overview of the Texas Due Process Hearing and how the P.L
94-142 tenets apply to the due process case.
Texas due hearing is important to the ways of education because they make sure that the underline law is set and fair when it comes to student being in school and getting what they need and deserve, and they apply to the P.L 94-142 Tenets because they are a part of knowing the right of what all kids should be getting on top of parental involvement.

Lessons learned from your research/the case.
What I learn and I want to incorporate in my classroom it is to invite all the parents to be involved in the learning of the students, to show them how can they help students at home with homework. I will show them some of the strategies that they can use like open questions and read aloud with them. Also, having free appropriate, benefit a lot of families to get the education for their child and motivate them to get a better life with no cost.
