What are the "protected grounds?" Protected Grounds: The legislation defines many categories known as "protected grounds," in which discrimination is expressly prohibited. These categories are composed of: Racial or ethnic background National origin Faith or religious beliefs Age Family or marital circumstances Gender (including issues related to pregnancy or childbirth) Pardon for a conviction Disability (whether physical, mental, or stemming from alcohol or drug dependence) Sexual preference mentioned dimensions. Furthermore, effectively addressing systemic discrimination and advocating proactive measures for equality would bolster its efficacy in protecting human rights. 3.
