In five years, I hope to be a member of the BCPS board of directors. I would like to speak for students' rights as educators. However, in order to attain my goal, I need a Master's degree, which I may begin planning for afterI obtain my bachelor's degree. I am hopeful that the years I have invested operating for BCPS will help me achieve my goal in the long run to obtain the desired position.I've worked with that organization for about ten years and have personally witnessed numerous misuses of power. To have the opportunity to go out and make a difference in the world and help people who truly require it. I ought to push myself hard to achieve my goal.
According to what they have provided me thus far, I should be able to complete it in fewer than
16 months, based on the classes that I complete each semester and the classes I have acquired
during my time in BC. Considering I have numerous classes that are able to be applied to my
Master's degree. So I can nevertheless achieve my intended result. I want to gain the expertise as
well as knowledge needed to serve on the BCPS Board of Directors. In addition, I want to have
the capacity to realize my ambitions along with growing into a capable leader. I plan to meet
with my academic advisor in order to talk about my Master's degree alternatives once I finish my
bachelor's degree in May. Because I'm fortunate to have a nice job schedule and weekends off, I am in a position in my
life where I can study, accomplish my household tasks, and get the education and experience I
need to attain my goal. I have clearly defined my objectives because I need a Master's degree to
advance in my career. As a result, as I obtained my bachelor's degree in May,Furthermore, given
the years I've worked, the connections that I've formed throughout my time working at BCPS,
and every bit of the training they provide to increase job performance, I can aspire to the desired
position.
