Email to project sponsor:
Dear Mr. Jutichock,
I hope everything is going well. We are almost halfway through the project,
so I wanted to provide a little update. Despite my general satisfaction with
the project's development, we have encountered a few problems that will
cause us to go over budget and postpone the project.
We are experiencing a lot of illness on the crew due to the time of year. To
keep up with the demand, team members are required to put in extra hours.
Human mistake in estimating project expenses will cause us to go 8% over
budget.
We are one week behind schedule due to a staff member who frequently
takes sick days.
Best regards,
Watcharaporn Y.

Template 6 - Status Report - at 75% timeframe
Email to project sponsor:
Dear Mr. Jutichock
I hope you are enjoying your week. Here is a little report on the project's progress. The
ZEEMH project is presently around 75% complete and is progressing nicely. It's excellent
that the project is once again fully operating. We currently have a third-party project
manager. He has increased the team's training, which will cost an additional $500. There
was no provision in the project budget for a holiday. Additionally, there was a regrettable
spelling error in the communications materials that has to be corrected (reprinted), which
will raise the budget by 5%.
When we concentrate on the following deliverable, we will successfully carry out this
project.
We are really near to finishing this job
effectively. Best regards, Watcharaporn Y.

Task 3.2 Support the project team
This is a Role-Play in simulated work conditions.
Meet with the team in week 5 of class to train and mentor them on one of the following
topics:
•
how to prioritise tasks
•
importance of managing risks in projects,
•
conflict management,
•
active listening,
manage stress.
Choose one topic and research it to prepare for the coaching session. Choose a suitable
training approach (for example, PowerPoint presentation, learning activity, or coaching).
List the topic of choice and summarise the training approach in the space provided below:
Topic: how to prioritise tasks
Setting the team meeting for coaching about how to prioritise tasks, me as the project manager invited all the staffs to
participated in this meeting. The purpose is to help staffs to learn how ro priorites tasks to make work more simply and be
more productive. The project manager (Myself) want to simply put prioritisation which is a critical skill that helps
individuals and team to focus on their time and energy on what is most important, what will have the biggest impact. Now
don’t get me wrong! I know, you know how important prioritizing and how to prioritize. After all there are probably a
hundred of articles on prioritization out there. Im here to disscuss coaching. Telling a team member “you need to prioritize
better”. So here is how I coach my team to anchor them selves into a purpose they care about.
In conclusion, coaching my team to focus on the right things to defined goals and prioritization. It’s an over discussed
topic. Prioritizarion is not about delaying answering an email until the time is right but prioritization is about doing the
right thing to achieve a very good outcomes.

Post-Project Review Meeting
Topic
Speaker
Brief overview of project:
Project Manager
Purpose of the project, major accomplishments, comments.
Every team member from every department had a specific mission to complete; they
had to collaborate with one another across departments the whole project to avoid
risks and address issues.
The project has been a total success, and we have met all of the objectives outlined in
the project plan. We even exceeded the required number of individuals we needed to
contact.
From all parties engaged as well as our stakeholders, we received a tremendous
quantity of excellent comments, reviews, and reactions.
The project met its basic objectives, which were to:
1.
Update stakeholders on its progress.
2.
With our marketing materials, promote high standards.
Review by team:
All
Goals, objectives, deliverables, schedule, budget, and success criteria (Were they met, partially
met, or missed?).
We were able to precisely define roles and associated expectations during the planning
process, which helped us adhere closely to the project's schedule. Especially when the
first draught of the website was live and available for inspection, we were pleased with
the progress reports and the way the deliverables were created progressively. We are
very thrilled with how we were able to stick to the budget without ever needing more
money. No goals were missed, and minor risks were simply managed as a result of
proactive prediction of challenges.

We are aware of the strengths, abilities, and needs of our employees, and we will do
all in our power to help them fulfil their new roles in upcoming initiatives. People may
need some time to get used to their new positions in a new project, but with the
correct assistance and open communication, our staff should be able to transition
without any trouble.
Changes are common, but they may be made easier with the correct knowledge about
what will remain the same, what will change, and how it will affect a person or a team
by putting in place a transition team to oversee the procedure and assist when
individuals require guidance or assistance with understanding the stages.
Every week, we'll set up a meeting to make sure the process is fair.
