The process of translating the quality management plan into executable quality activities that incorporate the organization’s quality policies into the project (ISO 1006: 2017) The implementation of the quality management is about ensuring that the quality objectives of the project are met as well as identifying ineffective processes and causes of poor quality. Implementation is the process that turns plans into actions in order to achieve the objectives of the project. Quality Planning Implementation 4
