Considering your project deliverables and approach (how you will execute and control your project), create your project WBS. See template for an example. Start identifying the deliverables or project phases and break it down into work that need to be performed to complete the phase or produce the desired deliverable. Follow guidelines for what to create from the example provided in the project folder.
Start with level 0 as your project name

Based on this information, estimate each resource labour hourly rate and material/equipment cost. Then create a Schedule for your project in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Project, including the main tasks, important milestones, and non-discretionary dependencies. The schedule must be based on the WBS created in the first part of the project. To ensure that the project is completed in as short time as possible, try to identify which tasks can be done in parallel or with a time lag. Once the schedule is completed copy all of it in the project MS-
Word document. 4.
Cost Estimate (100 marks) Here need to provide a cost breakdown for your project in a tabular format for each of the tasks identified in the schedule your created in question #6 above. If your cost estimate is bigger than the given budget, you should identify areas where the cost/scope can be reduced. Note that: The cost estimate must detail information by WBS element, including hourly (HR) and fixed costs. The cost estimate must include 10% as management reserve and 5% for risk contingency (on top of your budget). Total budget including contingency should not exceed the total budget available to you. 5.
