Ordinance no. 21-02: Ordinance for adoption of the 2018 International Building Code
This is an ordinance of Cuba Community Fire Protection District, regulating and governing the
safe life and property from any fire and explosion hazards. Anything that is stored, handled that
are hazardous, such as materials and devices, and is life threatening must require a permit.
Section 105.1.3 Types of permit:
Occupancy permit-allows any applicant to conduct operation or business with a required
permit by section 105.6 for:
-> Occupancy
-> Ownership
-> Business name
-> Location
This ordinance is important, because anything that happens to a property, those who lived in
that property, if anything happens they are hold responsible for every actions. It is wise to
always have something in paper as insurance or proof to avoid any mis-fortunes in the future.
With proper paper work, no one will have to false claim anything that belong to the person who
resides or owns the business. Any materials that can effect someone's life should be explained
and has proof that it is safe. A person life or animals that are living near the property should be
protected away from danger.
