PART B
1. What barriers have been experienced in the organisation due to the implemented changes
(identify at least one)?
Barriers experience:
One of the barriers experienced is the feeling of the employees that they are
less considered, which makes them feel overwhelmed and have less engagement in the work
(Vogelsang et al. 2019).
Technology change:
Due to dynamic markets, different changes have occurred, and the
technology which is relevant in the market has changed, and this has caused the firm to lack behind
the rivals and the industry and the employees to be trained to adjust to new technology and
implement new technologies accordingly.
2. How should you respond to the barriers? Identify one mitigation strategy from your risk
assessment that you can apply to mitigate risk/ barrier to change.
Mitigation strategy:
The organisation can allocate the employees with roles and responsibilities
other than, and it can expand to other non-skin products and engage employees to shoes multiple
tasks, which can engage employees and technology and employee efforts both can be equally
utilised. This will be effective from the point of expansion.
Mitigation strategy:
Organisation is recommended to use the SAAS and cloud storage services as
discussed in the risk assessment plan, which is less expensive and can easily allow changing
technology, and other sorts of data protection burden; data backup and other services are provided
in addition to it (Prasad, 2020).
