How would developing a WBS alleviate some of the problems that occurred during the first meeting and help Brandon organize and plan the project?
(This would very much eliminate the disruption that would result from the first meeting being a free-for-all with little to no structure. This divides a large project
into multiple manageable, clearly defined initiatives that can be removed one at a time and prioritized. At this point, you may even organize staff members into
teams and assign them to work on multiple tasks at once. Every task that is completed brings you one step closer to a fully realized and spectacular event.)
