3 M AJOR D ELIVERABLES The first major deliverable when renovating a kitchen is the design and layout. This includes planning the overall look and feel of the space, as well as deciding on the layout of the cabinets, appliances, and other fixtures. The materials used in a kitchen renovation are important to consider, as they will have a big impact on the overall look and feel of the space. There are many different options to choose from, so it is important that my husband and I will do some research before making any final decisions. Once the initial design is complete, it’s the perfect time to start planning the construction of the kitchen. This includes deciding on a timeline, ordering materials, and knocking the stuff out. It is important to have a clear plan in place before starting any work, so that the project stays on track.
