BJECTIVE
The purpose of this project is to plan and execute the renovation of my kitchen. The
project will involve coordinating all aspects of the renovation, with the help of my
husband which includes but not limited to:
•
Improve Workflow: The layout of my new kitchen would be designed in a way
that makes cooking and cleaning a lot easier and efficient. This could involve
rearranging appliances and storage areas to create a more logical flow.
•
Increase Storage Space: A bigger pantry is a must have.
•
Update Appliances: Replacing old appliances with newer, more energy-efficient
models can help reduce energy consumption and save money in the long run.
•
Design: This would involve updating the color scheme, installing new countertops
and cabinets. Obviously, having a more modern design is the plan.

ELIVERABLES
The first major deliverable when renovating a kitchen is the design and layout. This
includes planning the overall look and feel of the space, as well as deciding on the
layout of the cabinets, appliances, and other fixtures. The materials used in a kitchen
renovation are important to consider, as they will have a big impact on the overall look
and feel of the space. There are many different options to choose from, so it is
important that my husband and I will do some research before making any final
decisions. Once the initial design is complete, it’s the perfect time to start planning the
construction of the kitchen. This includes deciding on a timeline, ordering materials, and
knocking the stuff out. It is important to have a clear plan in place before starting any
work, so that the project stays on track.
Here are several other deliverables that goes into renovating a kitchen:
•
Rough plumbing and electrical.
•
Insulation.
•
Drywall.
•
Cabinetry.
•
Countertops.
•
