2 Peer Reviews Lily Sloan: Annual Doctoral Residency Lily has a clear goal for her project for what the end goal not only for herself is but any doctorate level student. The assignment feels quite long for a networking event but not personally being in a place of a doctorate needing these connections I can’t draw from personal experience. But the changes or implementations I suggest will be more open for a sense of longevity between opportunities created between students/learners and other attendees. Assessment Instruments & Evaluation Something that could for your project would be some form of communication online and tracking of post in-person attendance to keep tabs not only of how your event went with attendees but also understand the success of how much of a connection the event builds assisting in some form of “alumni” status with those who have found opportunities through your project. This could even be something as simple as a Zoom call with matched students and faculty or even students and their new employers they found through the university’s assistance. Evaluation Instruments I’d explore options in looking to use user experiences to see what more could be done through their interactions. Rather than wait until the evaluation stage, if the program is fit into 4 days you could possibly cut down on time asked from faculty by looking at more broad industries for the first days and looking to narrow things down by the last based on the attending people. Implementation I would like to see some input and suggestions from faculty for input as well. Seeing this will involve communication from sides the faculty will be there trying to encourage the students to find relevant information and form meaningful connections. While doctor students are seeing things it’d be nice to see some collaboration to se what either side thinks could see some more emphasis on different perspectives. Jennifer Benton: Frontier Driver New-Hire Jennifer’s project was extremely interesting to see, looking at the instruments used and the wide scale operations of Frontier. This project has a large lens of use and seems more like a legitimate employment venture than the likes of a class project, which is not a problem in the slightest. General Information
3 The demographic of the project was something that I didn’t quite get a full grasp of. Meeting the garbage guys who come through my neighborhoods throughout the years there are always multiple people whether they hang off the back of the truck or driving it and I’d like a little more clarification if everyone on route will be taking these courses or whether it will only be the driver. If it’s only the driver, are the other people on route assisting required to take such a course as well for knowledge sake. Assessment Instruments During the process of assessment, you could include a little peer interaction with long time employees or particular guys who have been there a long time to do some reinforcement with hands on or visual aids of actual resources on-site, whether this be before or after procedures. There is only so much good an online and media course can do that the new hand needs to understand real life application and get a feel for what is required from them on a day-to-day basis. Implementation As a possible suggestion for a substitute for the AR simulation if it proves to be expensive would be possible VR simulation instead considering it meets the same results without the physicality of AR. Another possibility could be video using this technology giving a first person perspective of updated procedures or relevant to your companies resources, I known a lot of technologies even with all the bells and whistles aren’t exactly matched to the on-site resources, even if a coworker or experienced driver were to do this with a GoPro Fatima Khan: Lesson Planning in the Elementary Classroom This feels very similar to what a lot of classmates have done (including myself for Project B) in creating plans for school environments and proves to be easiest to follow through with us as the students having full access to the demographic and relevant materials for such courses. Because of the number of previous projects done in this class surrounding lesson planning there are many resources from peers to use from Project A. Problem I feel the need for a clearer problem out of the gate to better understand the point of the rest of the project. While I personally understand the project through context of everything combined it seems like there’s 2 different problems within the section: One which addresses a problem to create a need for the project and another which looks at a problem in the design process that serves as a roadblock for your objective. I see no problem with having both present but it seems like they’re addressing two different things. Instructor/Trainer Needs

I’d check the rubric for it asks here, the information you have is fine and you can even use the Scott school systems requirements, but the sentences present currently will surely get points marked off if not be completely absent. Evaluation Instruments I’d include a couple notes after the figure for the test. This could include anything like what are possible options if students don’t completely understand the content or explore any options for changes if we see any future changes that require evaluation of these questions. From my personal experience with grading and “tests” during my last project I was counted off so maybe look for alternative words to not lead into the idea of grading as much.
