1. Introduction In this project, students will create a MRP matrix based on the box they created in PD2.
Objectives
Learn about resources planning.
2. Equipment/Components/Software: Software

Exercise 1: Based on your PD2, create an MRP matrix. Use the demand that you define previously. Take in consideration the following information:

Your MRP must be created for a whole year (12 Months).

The demand will be divided equally into the 12 months.

Your Lead Time is 2 Months.

Your projected-on Hand is equal to your first two months of demand.

A receipt is schedule for Month 6. Receipt is equal to your demand of Month 6. -
Your MRP matrix must show clearly the different planned orders.
