[My time management will improve by having a daily planner and a helpful friend. They have
helped me with planning, organization, and holding myself accountable. Keeping a record of how
much time I spend at work and elsewhere in my day planner is useful for helping me organize and
prioritize the activities I must complete. This makes scheduling much easier and prevents people
from overbooking themselves. When I get behind on a project or become anxious because it's
taking longer than intended, my friend lets me know to pay attention to those warning signs. When
I am stuck, having our company makes it easier for me to concentrate without feeling pushed or
tense.]

[Managing one's time effectively might be challenging. Some individuals are competent enough at
time management to get a job done or finish a project within the parameters set for them. There
are, however, practical methods that we can use to keep ourselves motivated throughout those
lengthy hours, and this is good news for those of us who struggle with the number of hours in a day
and the number of projects we have on our plates. The following are some elements that can be
beneficial in assisting me in concentrating on my work and reducing the number of distractions that
I experience:
Recognize what is most important, and channel my efforts toward achieving those goals.
It is important to keep in mind that interruptions are unavoidable. They shouldn't be able to get the
better of you! Turning off my cell phone, putting the computer away, and turning off any other
electronics that aren't necessary will help reduce the level of distraction.
Concentrate on completing one work before moving on to the next to avoid becoming
overwhelmed and make it simpler to deal with interruptions.
I should begin each project or assignment by establishing an objective and a deadline. Because
of this, before relaxing, I will put in a lot of effort to make sure I succeed.]

Explain how you will take ownership of your future academic success by managing your time with
SNHU resources, social supports, and motivational factors.
[I will take ownership of my academic success by using the time and study management tools
provided by SNHU to stay on top of my work. To facilitate this, I will prepare a daily planner in which I
will record all my obligations and activities and maintain a record of the dates on which my
assignments are due. If I want to avoid the repercussions of being late or assignment penalties for
some tasks, such as the ones given in class, I will also need to ensure that I turn in my work on time.
This is something that is challenging for me to do. When it comes to the homework I need to
complete outside of the classroom, I will give myself a deadline earlier than the date it is due. In
addition to this, I will make use of the social support that I have established here at SNHU. Because it
allows me to keep track of what I need to do and the due dates for various components, my study
bar will be an excellent tool for helping me stay organized. Because of this, I will be able to keep on
top of my work and avoid the stress associated with scrambling to complete a project at the eleventh
hour. My approach to self-motivation is straightforward: I take pleasure in serving others, and this
work opportunity allows me to do just that. I will be able to assist others with their homework, and
at the same time, I will be able to finish my work, which will give me a sense of personal pleasure.]
