a) What is a situation at work that has recently caused you stress that is reflective in your checklist? (E.g. In answering the checklist, I realized I do race through my day and in I realized in speaking to a parent at the end of the day that was sharing an experience of their child with me that, I had been rushing through the routines so much that I had told that child to wait a minute to tell me something then I never went back to them to hear this story they had waited all weekend to tell me.
b) Using course content, in reflecting on the situation that caused stress, what emotion does this
evoke for me and how does this impact your view of yourself as a model for the children you work with?
