Exploring patient responsibility agreements (Level 2—Understanding)
Perform a web search to find two examples of patient responsibility agreements. Identify components that
are the same and different between the two agreements found. Answer the following questions:
a. Were the contents of the agreements easy to understand?
The contents of both of the agreement were easy to understand due to having been throughout the
chapter regarding these terms. They were also easy to understand because their agreements were
straightforward.
b. Did any of the components in the agreements surprise you?
None of the components surprised me because it seemed simple enough and as a facility, they do have
their own terms.
