Breached vs. Uncompromised data
The aim of the Telehealth, as a healthcare IS, is to improve the mental health outcomes,
by providing the best quality of care to remote patients(Blandford et al., 2020). To ensure that the
project is effectively implemented in behavioural clinics, a team of experts have been chosen to
lead the process. The team comprises of the brightest and best leaders who will ensure the
successful implementation of the project, who also understand the mission and vision of the
healthcare organization. This paper outlines the role of leadership team in ensuring the successful
implementation of the Telehealth technology in behavioural clinics to help mental patients.
The implementation of the helath information system will be led by several leaders,
including the Chief information officer, whose role is to manage all patients’ data and
information transmitted through a healthcare organization. The CIO will define what resources
and methods are required to handle the large amount of digital information in the behavioural
clinics (Smit, et al., 2021). The second type of leader that will be involved in the implementation
is the clinical systems analyst whose responsibility is to examine and repair problems with
electronic medical record system. The individual chosen for this position is knowledge of skills
such as hardware, operating system and programming languages which are useful in the
organization. Another leader is the chief security officer who is in charge of security to uphold
the safety of employees, services and assets.
Limitations and opportunities
The most significant limitation included issues with information governance and other
managerial abilities, storage, transfers, standardization and data security structure. The identified
3
opportunity was cost reduction, enhanced executes, structure and accessibility, quality
information, early detection of diseases, quality healthcare services and population
administration (Kruse et al., 2016). The potential of my technological foundation to support
organizational leadership as well as end-users' expectations is that it delivers easy to use
standardized workflows, which means that it is competent for endorsing clinical efficacy while
also decreasing the strain on providers(Blandford et al., 2020). When physicians use less time
digging through patient information and more time directing the EHR edge, they can help cut
down on wasted
time and interact and connecting with patients more. This frees additional
valuable time for clinicians to engage with patients.
Economic impact
The expected economic impact of my proposed system acquisition may result in a
marginal loss during the first year of its implementation. In the first year of operation, there will
most likely be an anticipated financial loss, as is the case with all new businesses. In due course,
we will be joined by more parties interested in making an investment in the electronic health
record system, which will have an effect on the whole project. After that, if the predicted impact
on the economy is not too significant, we can cover the costs by either raising private equity or
getting a loan from the bank.
Predicting the impact
Telehealth will be used to monitor the progress of mental patients remotely. The helath
information systems will be installed in behavioural clinics to offer healthcare remotely through
devices such as cameras, computers. The behavioural facilities offer various mental health
services and a lot of information are shared in the process, and therefore security of information

is paramount. Telehealth will enable remote care and also reduce cost burden on the patients.
This makes the helath information system beneficial to the providers and patients in efforts to
provide quality helath outcomes.
Conclusion
EHRs contribute to the protection of patients' private medical data against access by
individuals who are not allowed to see them as well as hackers (Wager et al., 2017). Electronic
health records (EHRs) are patient-centered and real-time records that make data quickly and
securely accessible to authorized personnel and users. The EHR advantage can help cut down on
time spent at the console that isn't productive and also free up more time for clinicians to spend
engaging with patients.
