Hello fellow online classmates, I decided to choose “Surfin’ USA” and “Sweet
little Sixteen”. There is no specific reason for choosing this topic instead of the others other than I like
both songs. The real-life plagiarism that happened was Chuck Berry’s “Sweet Little Sixteen” tune was
used by The Beach Boys in a song called “Surfin’ USA”
-What are the ethical issues related to this plagiarism?

Chuck Berry of course owned all copyrights to the tune in which the Beach Boys ended up.

ended up accusing The Beach Boys of stealing his tune copyrights were given to Chuck Berry by the band
