Conceptual Model Related to my MIR Topic
1.0 Description of Conceptual Model
Communication experts have noted that it is critical to comprehend a worker's entire
emotional spectrum and mental capacity because this will help identify their talents and
limitations when carrying out a specific activity (Narayan & Nair, 2021). Narayan & Nair, for
instance, seem to illustrate six psychological and emotional hurdles.
Other research shows that
these obstacles make it difficult for workers to communicate with one another or remain
satisfied (Narayan & Nair, 2021). The relationship between these ideas is shown in the
conceptual model that follows.
Psychological/Emotional Barriers
The model breaks down emotional and psychological constraints into six subcategories
that are common among dissatisfied workers. a
lack of attention
, which is displayed when a
person becomes distracted with other interests and fails to pay particular focus to what the other
people are saying. Multiple individuals tend to draw assessments and make assumptions instead
of taking all the details into account (M, 2016). That is typically done by individuals who adopt
selective hearing and have done a

it believes will be useful in the future; it does not preserve all the information it encounters
which leads to

that lowers the trustworthiness of the data being passed along. It is most frequently seen in
conversational situations where sloppy handling results in the transmission of knowledge that has
diminished some of its accuracy. Communication will be worthless if the recipient has
distrust
and does not pay attention to what the sender is saying. An individual's
emotions
have a big
impact on their communication. A person with a bad attitude wouldn't pay attention to what was
said effectively and could express statements that would insult the speaker.
