2 Introduction Practicing diversity with-in the workplace will let those feel accepted and valuable the diversity and inclusion training policy is simply asking for training for the organization to expect to enforce them to employ those of different ethics backgrounds So that people feel more comfortable within they're employment. One benefit to gain from having diversity training is that they gain reputation the risk that they do jeopardize is the employees later down the road have behavioral problems do to the experience teaching diversity and inclusion. Even though it's boosting companies reputation , the risk to impact they behavior and attitudes others others take the training as judgmental and a traumatic experience for them. Benefit diversity and inclusion's strategy driven by a business can be looked at differently by all employees of differential background because each individual has different experiences and have different advantages and disadvantages. this benefit will help promote diversity opportunity. making sure that they encourage better employable skills and work hard with the employers treat as one and are active listener. “The resources they utilize, the knowledge they share, and the connections they make socially will support and complement the work they are delivering,” says creative marketing director, Amy Agliano. allows employees to strengthen professional relationships with people outside the company. Successful diversity enables employees to become more comfortable. by teaching employees with programs at all levels to uncover identify and correct biases. it gives them a sense belonging among others. (Atcheson, 1) Risk some attitudes are based on feeling and some are based on behaviors. behavior plays a key role in long- and short-term health as well as emotional and physical wll being some people feel more confused and have anger after diversity training participants always react to the training with hostility or resistance not understanding the purpose or benefits. Diversity in the workplace will efficiently increase the productivity of your business that encourages diversity and inclusion and make employees feel valued and accepted.(Morris, 2) Conclusion Businesses that encourage those of different. Background get recognized for being good employers It's can cause communication problems and that could lead up to more discrimination in work environment. The diversity and inclusion are seen as more ethical, socially responsible, and forward-thinking. Rather then not moving forward due to lack in communication leading to more discrimination and culture misunderstanding
