Weighted Voting Exams Response Problem #: 1 My original answer and thinking used during the exam. (At least two sentences) Even though I tried many times to study and understand the ideas, I had a hard time remembering what each word meant. I did my best to remember, next time I will take more time on a recap My corrected answer and my reasoning and justification for the new answer. (At least two sentences) I was able to better understand the definitions after going over the class notes and slides again and using the given meanings to fill in each word. It was very helpful to have the lesson notes and images to look back on. Some of the meanings started to make more sense, and I got a better grasp on the ideas. It was definitely helpful to go over the information in this way. Problem #: 3 My original answer and thinking used during the exam. (At least two sentences) P1,p2,p3 My thought process was to try and reach the quota. I now realize I had my definitions wrong and was answering the wrong question. The veto power goal is not to reach the quota but to understand which numbers are the strongest and which numbers you will need in order to have a quota. My corrected answer and my reasoning and justification for the new answer. (At least two sentences) This is the right answer: P1 and P2. If they leave, the goal would not be met because they have decision power in the group. Problem #: 4 My original answer and thinking used during the exam. (At least two sentences) The answer I chose was the quota with all the numbers added up today. Not knowing the question was stating the quota that was appearing on the screen, I chose the winning correlation because I believed it was the winning coalition due to it being past 24 more than 50%.
My corrected answer and my reasoning and justification for the new answer. (At least two sentences) My correct answer is 41, which would be the answer to this question. Along with losing coliation due to the quota not meeting this number, it becomes a losing coliation. It became a losing coliation instead of a winning coliation due to the quote not being met. Problem #: 5 My original answer and thinking used during the exam. (At least two sentences) Number 1 not to sure as of why I choose number one as I reworked the problem! p1 never went over 1 along with p2, and p3 My corrected answer and my reasoning and justification for the new answer. (At least two sentences) Choice 2 the Banzhaf power never goes over 2 for each player Problem #: 7 My original answer and thinking used during the exam. (At least two sentences) My original answer was p2 adding everything up I see that p2 would equal 18 but I was achieving and reaching for the wrong goal are goal was to make the quota of 19 and I fell short to that goal. My corrected answer and my reasoning and justification for the new answer. (At least two sentences) P4 is the correct answer once everything is added the total comes to 23 which would meet the quota!
