Opportunities Threats C, R, E, S, T Breweries can attract tourists who want to try a unique, locally-produced beer that cannot be found anywhere else. Consumer trends toward unique, higher- quality beer options are rising, which could lead to higher demand for craft beer. Partnering with local restaurants or bars can increase the brewery's brand awareness and distribution channels. Hosting private parties, corporate events, and special occasions can generate additional revenue and further strengthen your brand. We are applying new technology in beer production, creating a unique brewery experience for visiting customers. C, R, E, S, T Competition: Many established breweries are in the area, making it difficult to attract customers. Seasonality: Beer demand fluctuates throughout the year, making maintaining a steady revenue stream difficult. Customer tastes: Consumer preferences change rapidly, and the difficulty is to innovate continuously and adapt to new trends. Rising costs: Factors such as inflation, scarcity of raw materials or tax changes can increase operating costs. Logistics: Shipping, storage and product distribution costs can be challenging to manage, significantly if the brewery expands beyond its local market.
