Chick Fil A is different from other products in quality from the food to the excellent customer service. Cleanliness is essential from the boxes and bags where they offer you food to the area where people work. This fast food brand stands out for being the best fast food restaurant for 7 consecutive years and on the contrary McDonald's occupied the last place, according to “The American Customer Satisfaction Index”. “My pleasure” is one of the hallmarks of Chick Fil A. Honestly, I really like Chick Fil A's food, and the marketing strategy they have to attract more people and obviously generate profits is very effective, because we as customers of any restaurant we want to be treated in the most attentive way possible, their strategy is that you feel at home when you go to eat there.
