The three pivotal concerns in macroeconomic analysis that shape our understanding of an economy's health and functioning are inflation, unemployment, and economic growth. Each holds significant implications for the overall health of an economy. Inflation, the persistent uptick in the overall price level, can erode the purchasing power of money and disrupt the market. This can lead to an economic decline, especially when considering an unchanging wage in proportion to the rising prices. Unemployment, reflecting the number of willing workers unable to secure employment, poses social and economic challenges.
