The project deliverables for the development of a database may include a Requirement analysis report, Feasibility study report, Data model diagrams, System design document, Project plan Database, schema Populated database, Test plans and reports, User documentation, System documentation Deployed database, User training materials Maintenance and support plan (Chao, 2023). Develop the structure and organize the WBS. The WBS is organized in a hierarchical fashion, with each level representing a facet of the project that is increasingly granular in nature. Thanks to the framework, all required steps

4 have been accounted for and are neatly organized (Smits & Permanyer, 2019) . It helps keep track of everything that's going on in a project and keeps everyone on the same page. Decompose the upper WBS levels into complex components. The WBS breaks down each level into smaller, more manageable chunks. For instance, the "Development" stage is broken down into sub-stages, including designing the database's structure, creating tables to store data, populating them with data, validating it, and indexing and optimizing queries(Chao, 2023). This breakdown helps pinpoint the precise steps necessary to complete the job. Determine identification codes for the WBS components. Each part of the WBS is given a unique code that may be used for reference and for keeping tabs on its status (Smits & Permanyer, 2019) . Usually, these codes are organized numerically, with separate numbers for each tier and part. One possible identification number for the first subheading of "Planning and Analysis" would be 2.1, where "2" would stand for the second level and "1" for the first subheading. Verify that the degree of decomposition is appropriate . The breakdown level must be just right to guarantee a well-defined and controllable project. The WBS elements should all be well-defined and realistically attainable. The project's estimation and management might be complicated if the parts are too vast or nebulous. However, having too specific parts might lead to micromanagement and unneeded complexity(Chao, 2023). To guarantee that the breakdown is reasonable and in line with the project's goals, a middle ground must be found. Please remember that the offered WBS is only an example and
5 that every given database development project may call for more or less detail. Modifications and more materials may be added if necessary.
