Recommendations: Based on your analysis, recommend two areas the company can focus on to reduce employee burnout. My most memorable proposal is to rethink the division of work among people. Ladies, for reasons unknown, appear to be more exhausted than guys. The organization ought to do some further exploration on this and figure out why this is the situation. After they figure out the issue, they ought to reevaluate the division of work. My subsequent proposal is to examine the reason why more youthful workers experience more pressure at home.
