4 Self-Reflection on My Career Despite our dissimilar areas, my professional path resembles Alex's in marketing. I studied computer science like Alex and started my career well. This schooling gave me the technical abilities to join the computer business, launching my career. Like Alex's internship at a small advertising firm, my tech startup software engineering internship launched my career. Like Alex in marketing, this internship gave me excellent hands-on experience and a flavor of the industry's needs and problems. Career growth also shows similarities. Alex's rise to Marketing Manager after two years matches my three-year tech advancement to Senior Developer. These advancements demonstrate our development and proficiency in our fields, demonstrating a common career path.
