impacting the sales include its price, product placement, and if the week has a holiday. When the
price of soda is cheap and affordable, more customers can purchase them. Product placement
will also impact the fact that when the sodas are placed on the counter, the customers will
quickly identify and buy them frequently. Concerning the type of the week, holidays will attract
more people; hence, there will be celebrations and more sales since there will be celebrations and
events (Prince, 2023). Additionally, weather pattern impacts soda sales in that there would be
more sales during the summer compared to winter, reducing its sales. With the determination of
the sales pattern, data is essential in predicting weekly soda sales; hence, the data-generating
process involves the following factors.
