Interosseous - situated between bones Pollicis - of the thumb Digitorum - of the fingers or toes Retinaculum - a band of thickened deep fascia around tendons that holds them in place Aponeurosis - a thin sheath of connective tissue that helps connect your muscles to your bones
4. Provide A Resource For Learning The“Ligaments of the Elbow” (see structure list). Label all ligaments on the structure list using either a hand-drawn sketch or an image. 5. Create A Resource For Learning The“Muscles of the Forearm,Wrist,&Hand” (see structure list). Draw or sketch both an anterior and posterior view of the muscles of the forearm, wrist, and hand. Include all muscles on the structure list and label each.
