The success of any business depends upon not only its organization but also on the work ethics and attitude of members or workers in the company. Developing a positive attitude is the most important work in a company so that it helps to the progress of the company. To boost the confidence of employees of a company, it is necessary to give them proper motivation and training with a positive attitude and work ethics. Having a good attitude about work is a sign of success.
So that five things which describe the attribute of good attitude are given below;
- Positive thinker: positive thinking is the most important part of a good attitude. Positive thinkers always see the right things and they never complain.
- Willing to ask questions: the people who willing to ask questions are always with a good attitude and interested to teach new things.
- Interpersonal skills: it means people are willing to establish a good relationship and they also develop cooperation within the company
- Confident to speak: the sign of a good attitude is confidence in speaking.
- Self-reliance: while working on any project or any task people should give their own effort, it is also a sign of a good attitude.

- Cooperation: people should have the ability to work in a team with proper cooperation. This is one of the work ethic.
