Given $\odot O$ with radii $\stackrel{-}{OA}$ and $\stackrel{-}{OB}$ and chord $\stackrel{-}{AB}$.

a) What type of figure (sector or segment) is bounded by $\stackrel{-}{OA}$, $\stackrel{-}{OB}$ and $\widehat{AB}$?

b) If $OA=7$ cm and $l\widehat{AB}=11$ cm, find the perimeter of the figure in (a).
