Answer should be correct it do it if you are sure . I just need answer upto two decimal points .
A jet of water of dia 10 cm strikes a flat plat normally with a velocity of 15 m/s
The plate is moving with the velocity of 6m/s in the direction of jet and away from the jet .
Find -
1. Force exerted by the jet on the plate.2. Workdone by the jet on plate /sec.
2. A cylindrical container having cross-section area 100.0 m², which is put on the
ground, is filled with sea-water to a height of 15.0 m. Then, a small hole, which is
located at 1.33 m height from the ground, is caved to the container. If the decreasing
speed of sea-water inside the container is 9.00 m/s²,
a) find the how fast the water remove from this small hole, and
b) find the of the cross-section area of the small hole.
(Density of sea-water: 1.03 g/cm³)
Note: The top of the container is open to atmospheric pressure.
