Patient care is directly related to quality. Quality improvement starts with understanding what needs to be improved on. Can you provide an example of patient-generated data and explain how patient-generated data can help to improve care delivery.

discuss one issue with regard to medical care.  This can include (but not limited to); rising costs of medical care, problems with access to care, conflicts between public health and the medical profession, etc
