What does it mean to allocate power in law?
Allocating powers means dividing the duties, responsibilities, and power needed to complete them among different agencies. The allocation of powers is what helped many countries to flourish and develop themselves. Still, before Montesquieu, it was John Locke who also stated about allocating power for better governance. Let us have a look at power allocation in law in more detail.
