M-Learning is a concept that is still used in Malaysian educational institutions to facilitate learning. It emphasis the ability to relocate the learning process without being constrained by the actual location where it takes place. In this digital age, knowing how to use learning apps on mobile phones is critical for students looking for reference materials for their studies. One such effort is to create a learning application for students, especially in rural areas such as Pitas. As a result, our group would like to create E-School, a mobile application in which students can find reference materials while also browsing the website for information relevant to their learning. This platform can also be online and offline, which means that when you download it, you will have access to all relevant material study that is already in the apps without having to use your data to browse the internet. Pitas are listed as one of the poorest district in Sabah 2021. When the pandemic has spread all around the world, government has made movement control order (MCO) whereby people cannot go out and all premises have to close. This was made to protect people from getting infected. What can be seen due this MCO was Pitas internet coverage is not good. Veveonah mosibin is a UMS student and she had to climb a tree to get internet coverage to do her exams. This shows how bad internet coverage in Pitas was. We also believe that primary and secondary student also facing the same problem with Veveonah to do online studies. The fact is Covid 19 force us to change, dependence on internet access is becoming important at this point. Veveonah’s story has become an eye opener to people how Pitas situation at this moment. What is the outcome for having M-learning offline and online at Pitas rural area. Elaborate.
