Resolution I would observe my group's behaviors and interactions in order to find a solution to the problem. I would ask them to solve an issue as a group in order to accomplish that. I can see how they behave and communicate as they work through the issue at hand. I can now give them criticism based on my observations and ask them to use it the next time they stunt as a group. I examined how the stunt group interacted with one another and behaved using psychology. After receiving comments, the stunt group has improved their ability to communicate with one another to prevent injuries.

Workplace Application I use the psychological studies approach in my daily work as a special education teacher. Among my students, there is an extensive range of personalities that I work with. Each of them has a different motivating factor. Every day, I pick up new knowledge on how to help students study, socialize, and deal with diversity. I may determine how to approach a certain student or how that child sees the world by monitoring these behaviors daily. Not all students are the same.
