In reference to Master of Qualities, I feel the easiest for me would be to organize and sort. In my line of work as an Executive Assistant organization is key. I could only be able to keep up if I had a strong organizing personality. With a new task almost daily, being strong in sorting and organizing is the only way to succeed in my line of work. I have a tickler system that I use at work, and I plan to use that with my school assignments as well to help me prepare as best as possible. I feel this will be very helpful for me to stay prepared while taking my online classes. As far as the hardest part, I feel that is going to be able and focus attention and be spontaneous. I am a full-time employee and a full-time mother, my girls keep me extremely busy, and trying to stay focused can be a challenge when at home taking care of two girls under the age of six. I would also say I am most definitely not a spontaneous person. I like to have a plan for just about anything. That can work against me in many ways in my life. I am however open to giving spontaneity the best try I possibly can. I envy spontaneous people- they truly seem to move through life with a carefree attitude. I would not say that I am OCD but I am very close. The OCD in me can make the tiniest things in life very difficult. Those are my easiest and hardest things to face with online learning for me.
