What was the research question? what is the efficacy and effectiveness of varying types of delivery methods of remote mental healthcare? 4. Narrative and qualitative review on available studies a) Identify the participants and how they were selected. There are few enough clinical reasrch studies that all of them were included In the sample. Each individual group is as follows: *14 randomized studies (Leach & Christensen, 2016) *33 videotherapty depression studies (Berryhill, et.al) *361 HIV positive patients for 12 week telephone supportive expressive sessioms (Heckman, et. al)

In the 14 randomized studies in varying modalities there was a significant reduction in depressive symptoms, but lacked ability to test noninferiority. The 33 videotherapy depression studies of CBT showed equivalent outcomes For both remote and in-person therapies. In the 12-week supportive expressive program, there were significantly less Depressive symptoms reported at an 8mo follow up than those in the same structured program done in-person d) Provide author's conclus ions.
