2 Introduction Self-awareness is a critical and crucial aspect of professional and personal growth. The Indigo/TriMetrix DNA assessment helps people identify their personality, strengths, and weaknesses. It also provides various aspects and valuable insights into an individual personality. This paper will discuss my Indigo/TriMetrix DNA assessment, focusing on my DISC type, top abilities, driving factors, and motivators. I aim to leverage my strengths effectively and improve my weaknesses for personal and professional growth by knowing these components of my personality. Part 1 DISC Style My DISC style is "Influence" (I) according to Indigo/TriMetrix DNA. As someone with a high Influence score, I tend to possess enthusiastic, persuasive, and optimistic. In various social settings, I adore socializing and boosting people's energies, and thus, I can inspire and motivate others with my charismatic and passionate communication abilities. As an "Influence" type, I am good at making friends and natural network since I can easily engage people from different backgrounds. Due to my ability to motivate others and create a great team atmosphere, I may naturally lead groups.
3 Disc Stlye Top Two or Three Skills, Driving Forces, and Motivators While I possess several skills, my top skills are resiliency, creativity, and innovation. My ability to adapt and overcome obstacles is one of my top qualities. I persevere and stay optimistic to attain my academic and personal goals, and thus, I can overcome difficulties because of this strength. Additionally, I am creative and innovative. This skill enables me to solve a problem creatively, allowing me to think differently. My creativity also helps group initiatives succeed by providing new ideas.

4 Skills The assessment also identifies my motivators and driving factors that shape and guide my behavior. My main driving force and motivators are receptive and intellectual. Being receptive allows me to actively seek new ideas and accept alternative methods, making me a great asset in adaptable and forward-thinking workplaces. In addition, the intellectual driving force is another crucial motivator (Aditya et al., 2020). I love learning new things outside of school since the information helps me to contribute intellectually to initiatives and debates.
5 Driving Force and Motivators Awareness of These Results The awareness of these results means a lot to me since my personal and professional progress depends on knowing my dominant Influence (I) style, top abilities, and motivators. This insight helps me comprehend my natural interactions, motivations, and strengths. It also helps me identify potential areas that require improvement. This understanding helps me use my communication talents in teamwork, leadership, and networking. Knowing my resilience and creativity because it help to overcome obstacles with dedication and innovation (Rampa & Agogué, 2021). I am resilient, optimistic, and creative; thus, this information helps me adjust to changing events and be resourceful personally and professionally. What I Will Do Differently Based on these results, I will make tremendous efforts to maximize my skills and minimize my weaknesses in various ways. One of the ways is through active listening. I will always listen to avoid overwhelming people with my zeal and aggressiveness. This means listening, asking questions, and appreciating varied ideas in a group setting. I will also
6 balance enthusiasm. While my enthusiasm is vital, I will balance being enthusiastic and letting others participate. This will promote collaboration and make everyone feel acknowledged and respected (Mercer, 2019). I will also aggressively seek constructive peer, mentor, and superior comments to progress. Accepting constructive criticism will help me develop my talents and flourish professionally. What to Improve on or Work On While I possess various skills, there are areas I should improve. One of the areas is time management. I typically had several assignments and projects with tight deadlines in school. I found myself spending more time pondering and researching than executing. I had to hurry, lowering my job quality. To optimize my time management, I define explicit schedules for each project phase and prioritize activities by significance and deadline. The other area I should work on is when resolving conflict. Team members occasionally disagreed on project direction or individual duties in school. My passion and strong views occasionally clashed with others', causing small disputes. Active listening and empathy will help me resolve conflicts. I will listen to others before voicing my opinions and promote open dialogue to discover common ground. I can resolve issues and ensure everyone is heard by encouraging collaboration and appreciating diversity. Strongest and Weakest Areas of Personality Based on the evaluation findings, my greatest strengths are communication and influencing skills. As a dominant influence (I) type, my ability to communicate and persuade people is one of my strengths. My excitement and persuasion inspire others to act and try new things. These networking, leadership, and collaboration abilities help me develop solid connections and a great work environment. The other strength is resilience and adaptability. One of them being emotion regulation. My enthusiasm is a strength, yet it may cause me to overreact in difficult circumstances. Therefore, I must concentrate on emotional management to be calm and professional in difficult situations. This talent will prevent my emotions from affecting my decisions and interactions. The other area for improvement is time management. As a creative thinker, I may ponder too long, making deadlines difficult. Time management will help me balance creative inquiry with task-oriented work, improving my productivity and efficiency. Part 2 Impact of Those Traits on my Career My dominant Influence (I) type, resilience, and creativity make me a good fit for a profession that requires leadership, creative problem-solving, and plenty of people contact. My enthusiasm, persuasion, and resilience make me a good fit for sales, marketing, PR, and business. My interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong connections help me connect with students. My energy and motivation will drive team members to perform well in a leadership capacity, creating a happy and productive work atmosphere. Traits that are Likely to be my Key Success Several key attributes will likely help me succeed in my current or desired job. One of the key attributes is Influence (I). My capacity to communicate, create rapport, and favorably positively influence people and thus attaining my goals or achievement. The other key attribute is resiliency. This talent will help me to overcome professional obstacles. My capacity to rebound from setbacks will keep me motivated, dedicated, and focused on my objectives. Also, creative thinking and inventive ideas set an individual apart in problem-
8 solving, content production, and product development jobs (Zhan et al., 2022). Creativity will help me succeed in competitive marketplaces and enterprises. Traits I Have to Work On, Improve Upon, Or Regulate My dominating Influence (I) style and passion are helpful in many careers, but I must be aware of possible hurdles and opportunities for improvement. One of the traits is emotional regulation. My Influence (I) style makes my emotions more obvious in high- pressure settings. I must control my emotions and be calm in difficult situations to be professional and make good decisions. The other trait is time management. My eagerness for creativity and interaction may cause time management issues. I should ensure I have enough time to do tasks and not get caught up in thinking without taking action. How to do this I will adopt various strategies to address the above areas that need improvement. One of the strategies is emotional regulation. I will practice mindfulness, deep breathing, and self- reflection to improve my emotional intelligence and regulation. Seeking knowledge and assistance from mentors and emotional intelligence programs will also help solve the problem of emotion. To improve the issue of time management, daily or weekly calendars, deadlines, and productivity tools will help me balance creative and task-oriented work (Stanoeva, 2023). I will prioritize projects by significance and schedule innovative thinking and targeted execution. Part 3 Action Plan for Improvement Emotional Regulation The action plan for emotion regulation will involve the following steps.
9 i. Self-awareness I will start by being more aware of my emotions and identifying triggers that increase them. I will write my thoughts and responses to identify trends and areas for growth. ii. Practice Mindfulness Techniques I will practice mindfulness techniques daily, including deep breathing, meditation, and progressive muscular relaxation. These techniques will keep me grounded and reduce mood swings. iii. Getting Feedback I will ask trustworthy friends, family, and coworkers how they see my emotions in various scenarios, and thus feedback will help me improve. iv. Develop Coping methods I will outline my greatest coping methods to manage high-pressure circumstances. To calm down, try brief pauses, walking, or positive self-talk. v. Reflect and Adjust I will regularly review my development, evaluate how I handled emotions in certain situations, find possibilities for development, and finally, change my approach after reflecting. Time Management The action plan for time management will involve the following steps. i. Set Clear Objectives I will break down each project or task's objectives into smaller, doable stages since clear objectives will keep me organized. ii. Prioritize Tasks

Create a timetable I will set a daily or weekly timetable for creative thinking and job fulfillment. Calendars and task managers help me organize my time. iv. Eliminate Time Wasters I will identify and reduce time-wasting tendencies. This may mean restricting social media usage at work or scheduling personal time. v. Evaluate Progress Reviewing my time management tactics and schedule compliance will help me improve and adapt. This action plan will improve my emotional control and time management abilities. These adjustments will boost my academic and professional success, personal development, and well-being. Self-improvement requires self-reflection and a development mentality. Conclusion The Indigo/TriMetrix DNA testing revealed my personality, conduct, and motivations. This survey helped me understand my DISC type, Influence (I), stressing my excitement, persuasiveness, patience, and loyalty. The assessment also revealed my strengths, such as resilience and inventiveness, and my motivations, including receptivity.
