The first postulate of special relativity states that regardless of which speed you move your physical reality remains the same. 2. What is the maximum possible mass of a neutron star? The maximum possible mass of a neutron star is 2.1 solar masses. 7. What is the “event horizon” of a black hole? The event horizon is the spherical boundary between a black hole and the outside universe. 8. What is a Schwarzschild black hole? It is a basic black hole, they do not have electric charge and do not spin. 9. What is a Kerr black hole? A Kerr black hole is a rotating black hole that is empty except for the ring shaped singularity. 10. What do you call the connection from a rotating black hole to another part of spacetime? The connection from a rotating black hole to another part of spacetime is called a wormhole. 11. What are the four mass ranges for black holes? The four mass ranges for black holes are supermassive, intermediate-mass, stellar-mass, and primordial.
12. What are gravitational waves? Gravitational waves are ripples that are sent out by the motion of matter or energy and travel at the speed of light.
