Reciprocal Teaching Reciprocal teaching is a technique that increases a person's reading comprehension by teaching four cognitive strategies. It involves generating questions and summarizing what's written, identifying confusing terms, and predicting what's to come. With little guidance from their teacher, students engage in a variety of activities such as reading, discussing, analyzing, and predicting the future.

Blended Learning Blended learning combines face- to-face and virtual classroom instruction. This type of learning is usually used in high school settings where students are setting their own pace. It requires a self-motivated individual to succeed.
Multicultural Perspective in the Classroom The classroom is full of cultures. A culture is a collection of various elements that describe the way people behave and express themselves. Some of these include the beliefs and stories of an identifiable group, the dances and songs, and the language used by an individual or a certain period.
Conclusion Through this course, I was able to gain a deeper understanding of educational psychology. It also taught me various theories that can help me in becoming an effective teacher. The class additionally taught me how to manage my classroom behaviors using both negative and positive reinforcements. The course taught me how to incorporate more effective strategies into my lessons. It also helped me develop a better understanding of how to approach teaching and learning with children. One of the most important lessons that I learned was how to implement the Common Core Standards. This will allow me to identify my strengths and weaknesses and help each student learn from their tests. The course has provided me with a deeper understanding of my role as an educator. It also helped me identify how children learn, which will benefit me in the future.
